Egg hunts are often divided into an older group and a younger group, for maximum fun! Along with the hunt, families are invited to enjoy refreshments, crafts, face painting or other activities, and freebie giveaways from local business sponsors. The Easter Bunny always finds time to make an appearance at this special event!

Memorial Day Parade
Monday, May 25th, 10am
Each year, the City of New Baltimore Memorial Day Parade remembers and honors those who have valiantly served our country. The parade is held on Memorial day at 10am. We invite members of the community to join us in paying tribute to those who have served our country by finding a spot along the parade route and/or attending the ceremony on the front lawn of City Hall. The parade marches through the historic downtown New Baltimore and ends at the City Hall front lawn. Following the ceremony, a more intimate display happens at each of New Baltimore's Cemeteries: St. Mary's Cemetery and Oakwood Cemetery.
The parade route begins at the corner of Maria and Front Street with a dedication in the park and ends at the New Baltimore City Hall. The parade procession begins at 10am, ceremonies beginning around 10:30am.
Children are welcome to join in the parade by decorating a bike in a Memorial Day theme. Sign up for entry in the parade before Memorial Day at the Recreation Center.
Groups who serve veterans of the Anchor Bay community are welcome to join in the parade procession and ceremonies. If you or your group are interested in participating, please contact the Recreation Center at 586-725-0291 or email Adam the Recreation Programmer at email@example.com.
